Hi Folks

Hi everyone, sorry I didn't write last night I was a little under the weather.

When Tony came home from work last nigh the noticed I was shaking and unsteady. So he gave me some maple syrup (yummy)and fed me dinner with more maple syrup on it. Then Mati and Tony took me to the vet's office. The vet seems to think that I'm Hypoglycemic (low blood sugar), so they took some blood. My sugar was normal, but he said it might have spiked up because of the maple sugar. So he said if it happens again to come to the office before taking the sweet stuff. Needless to say I was out of it the rest of the night and slept through most of the evening.

Then today we went to The Pet Salon and got my nails clipped (yuck) and they cut me to the quick on two paws (OUCH)! So I'm bleeding all over now. We put some styptic powder on my nails and it seems better now. Well I guess I'll talk to you guys tomorrow unless anything else happens.

Today has been a lazy kind of day. Tony worked late and both he and Mati aren't feeling well. So I'll take turns sitting on the laps and keeping them warm. Talk to you tomorrow.

Sunday

Good Day folks. Had a good day today, slept late again. Tony went to Starbucks this morning and kitty knocked his Frappuccino over, lol. No wonder that guy is addicted to that stuff, that is some very tasty coffee. Not much of a hair conditioner though, (it dripped on my head when I was lapping it up) more like a heavy duty hair gel, HaHa. Needless to say I got a nice warm bath afterwards and now I'm so fresh and clean. We went out for a walk and I found something that smelled really good, a nice little mole, but tony picked it up and threw it in the garbage dumpster. Man he knows nothing about fine cuisine! I guess I'll take a nap before dinner.

Whew we just went out for a nice looooooooooong walk and I got to check the P-mail, there was quite a few of them, I even got a chance to leave about six replies! Well off to bed with me, sleep tight.

Saturday In The Park

How we doing today everybody? Hey shirt , Huh? Woo Hoo slept late this morning, then went for a nice walk. I thought I would take my humans to the park today, but no such luck. They just looked through some containers and boxes, watered some plants, you know the usual boring things. Then tony went out and came back with an antenna and a new Compaq Laptop for Mati. Now I'll never get either one of them off the puter. GEEZ!! I guess I'll go for another nice walk and then hit the hay. See Ya real Soon.

Happy Weekend

Here I am in my favorite spot again on the couch overlooking my Kingdom.

So the weekend is here. Maybe I can get them to take me to Petco and they will by my some fancy stuff like Paris Hilton buys Tinkerbell. You know maybe they will get me a Louis Vuitton bag to tote me around in. Or maybe they will go online and pick up something really nice from Trixie and Peanut or Doggie clothesline, who knows. Today was another boring day, but I did find that mouse again, lol, he thought he got rid of it when he kicked it out in the street. Hopefully we will go on a nice long walk this weekend, oh darn it he keeps talking about some big NFL football game on Sunday, the Patriots against the Colts or something like that. We will see what happens. Talk to you all soon.

Hi everyone, what a bummer last night was, there were no trick or treaters last night. No goblins, witches or zombies. What is wrong with town? No one to chase around the complex. Oh well, what can you do? Maybe next year there will be some.
Today was very uneventful. Tony brought home his friend Chris to set up his computer network. Well at least I made a new friend.

Here I am in one of my Halloween costumes. This morning I found a cat under a truck and it actually had the nerve to follow us. I never saw this feline before apparently it didn't know I was the Queen of this Complex, I finally chased her off. Not sure which costume I'm going to wear tonight, I'll show you pictures later. Right now I have to get ready to scare off all of these goblins around here.

Good afternoon folks. Today on our morning walk as usual Tony is rushing me, hurry up I got to go to work, hurry up it's chilly, hurry up it's raining always something with that guy. How does he think I keep my girlish figure anyway? He hardly even lets me check my p-mail. Geez, how does he think I keep up on current events? It isn't from watching ESPN with him that's for sure. He never lets me snack on our walks either, for the third time this week he made me spit out that yummy little mouse I found, BUMMER!
When he came home from work he came home with two more Halloween costumes a pumpkin outfit and a pirate shirt, oh well we will see what I choose tomorrow. OK, time for my beauty rest. Check back tomorrow for some new stuff.

Hi, it's me again Rosie, so Tony was so upset today because the Red Sox won the World series that I didn't think we were going to do anything fun. To my surprise when he came home from work Tony, Mati, and I went to Petco. I was dressed in my little Princess shirt. I met some boy dog there, but I think he was shy all he did was stare at me. Then I saw this big Rottie pup and I showed him who was boss. While we walked around the store they were shopping and I was picking up loose snacks on the floor. There was this big rack with Halloween costumes and Mati made me try some on. I had my my on the fancy clothes in the next aisle. I let her dress me up as a zebra, a giraffe, an elephant and then in some glam witch outfit. We finally settled on a sparkly devil outfit. Now I can get something nice, I picked out two really nice sweaters and we got a toy for that silly cat, a little catnip mouse she likes those goofy things. I'll show you pictures at another time. On the way out I got a doggie cookie, yummy!!

After Petco we went to Starbucks because Tony is addicted to their coffee. They were all out of treats there so they gave me some whipped cream. We won't be having that again because it came back up when I got out of the car. They let me check the p-mail outside for a bit and then it was upstairs for dinner. Right now I'm in my familiar spot on the arm of the couch looking out the window and keeping an eye on my kingdom. Later I'll try on my two new sweaters. Talk to you soon.

Intro

So this is the story of my life, me Rosie, my cat Kitty and my two humans Tony and Mati and some of our exploits together. I met my humans a little over two years ago at a Flea Market when I was just six weeks old. I was so cute they couldn't pass me by. Our lives have not been the same since.
Let me tell you a little about my self. I'm a two year old female, Red, Smooth Coat Mini Dachshund. I live in a nice two-bedroom apartment, I have a cat , two humans and a very big and ugly snapping turtle. I love long walks, shopping, trying on new outfits and fine dining (I just adore Iams and Eukanuba, yes I'm high maintenance ). I like to chase cats, squirrels, birds and just about any other critters that hang around outside my home. I don't like anything noisy with wheels(vacuums, shopping carts, etc.) or anything that beeps.
When we first got home they tried to make me sleep in this little tiny bed all by myself. I broke them of this cruel habit a few months later. Little did they know that I would have them wrapped around my little toe! Now the buy me just about anything I want. I have tons of toys and am amassing quite an extensive wardrobe also. I'll show you some pics of my last fashion show in a few days. Well that's all for tonight. I'll get back to you when I can wrestle the computer away from my buddies.
